Mr Spyrou is a marvellous man – his mindset and patient liaison is second to none. Under his care I have felt both reassured and comfortable about the surgery I chose to proceed with.

After many years of research I finally decided I was getting my boobs done, after meeting and speaking with many companies and surgeons I met with George and knew instantly he was the one for me.
He answered all of my questions before I could even ask them and made sure i knew my limits on size etc, I’m pretty sure other surgeons would have let me go bigger but George wouldn’t, having seen my results now he absolutely knows his stuff.
He is extremely thorough and provides a personal service, nothing is too much and made me feel that i am always in his care following my procedure, not passed on to nurses or a PA or similar.
I cannot recommend this guy enough, he is so sincere and professional and provides excellent results.

Before seeing Dr Spyrou I struggled in confidence because of my droopy, unevenly sized boobs. In my initial consultation with Dr Spyrou he offered very good professional advice on what procedures I would need. I left the consultation feeling very confident in Dr Spyrou and that he understood what I wanted to achieve and would preform a good surgery. 2 weeks later and I’m healing perfectly, pain has been minimal and I’m already feeling so much more confident. I couldn’t recommend Dr George Spyrou from My Breast highly enough. I had breast reduction surgery March 2017 at Spire hospital Methley Park Leeds.
I went from a droopy and heavy 34ff to a beautifully shaped youthful looking 36D. His attention to detail was exceptional, he spent a great deal of time on our first appointment discussing the procedure and ensuring I was totally happy with everything. On the day of surgery he was meticulous with his measuring and calculations to ensure my breasts were symmetrical and beautifully shaped. From start to finish the service I received was first class. I would like to mention Sabreena Mr Spyrou’s secretary who made me feel as though I was her best friend. Nothing was too much trouble and she replied to my queries immediately. I hadn’t been happy with the look of my small 34c saggy boobs for a long time, nothing I wore looked nice although I’m am quite slim, was always conscious of how they looked and was envious of ladies with great looking boobs. I decided to get In touch with my breasts, hence I went to see George Spyrou, best decision I’ve made. I didn’t have implants which I wasn’t bothered about, George was great, he is confident and he knows what is best for you, he will not do something he doesn’t believe in doing. The day came and I was a tad nervous but more scared of any pain afterwards, but seriously I haven’t had any pain, the odd bit of tightness under the breast which was smaller than the other one, but that’s because George worked hard on getting it to look more like the other one. I went for my check up a week after my op, and was amazed how they look I am delighted with the results, have to go back in a week for my stitches removed (can’t wait)!! George Spyrou is a genius would highly recommend this guy, if your feeling unsure, just find a great surgeon and go for it, just wish I’d done it sooner.

I went to George as a friend recommended. I have uncontrolled diabetes and also scaring from radiotherapy ( breast cancer 2011). George has given me the most perfect breast uplift far beyond my expectations. A friend referred me to Mr SPYROU because he had operated on her and she was very pleased. I went to see him at METHLEY PARK and asked him to perform a breast augmentation because I had lost volume after 3 child births and middle age. When he examined me, he refused point-blank to perform this procedure as he warned my breasts would remain droopy. He told me that I had the volume required for an uplift and explained the rationale for his decision. He was very thorough and methodical, he explained the scars of the uplift very well, he organised my mammogram and he left it entirely up to me to see how I wanted to proceed. Throughout the whole process, he was always very compassionate and followed the duty of candour. Eventually I decided to take his advice which ended in being one of the best decisions of my life. I was wrong and he was right all along. My breasts are now exactly where I wanted them to be. I cannot praise him enough and I would strongly recommend him and his services to any future patients.

I suffer with a genetic condition I have had since birth, and have undergone reconstructive surgery under the care of Mr Spyrou via the NHS.

My positive experience as an NHS Patient, of Mr Spyrou, made him my surgeon of choice for elective breast uplift surgery.

During my consultation with Mr Spyrou, I was given a through assessment and informed I had the volume required for uplift surgery. I was provided with the facts and full details of the procedure, including the scars I should expect and the potential risks of having the surgery to allow me to make an informed decision. After having my 5 children I was left with an awful mummy tum that I could not get rid of through exorcise so I decided it’s best to seek professional advice and help.. Mr Spyrou was my surgeon for my septo rhino plasty (nose surgery)

I had a serious deformity due to a sporting injury which had caused huge disfigurement to my nose which intern made breathing through one side non existent.

Mr Spyrou met with me on number of occasions prior to the surgery to describe how complex the procedure would be. But at all times he made me feel confident in his abilities with his thorough approach and explanations of what was to happen.

On the morning of the surgery he met with me also to have a chat and to reassure me.

Post surgery and 6 months recovery I can finally breath unrestricted which has improved my sleep and day to day life. He also manged to straighten up my nose which was a huge bonus as the surgery was mainly to improve the breathing but the added confidence i now have has changed my adult life. I feel incredibly grateful to have had this surgeon as I’m not sure what the outcome would have been with anyone else

Mr Spyrou performed a mastopexy (breast uplift) for me in Nov 22. He made me feel at ease from my very first consultation, explaining in detail what he could and couldn’t do. I had originally wanted implants but he explained why they wouldn’t be suitable for me and what he could do instead and the result I could expect.

On the day of surgery he took time to meet with me and explain again the procedure and exactly what I could expect. After surgery I stayed overnight and he came to check my wounds and dressings before I left. The follow up care was great, saw him 2 weeks after surgery to remove stitches and check progress, everything was healing great. Had my 6 month follow up today, have healed amazingly, had absolutely no issues with my wounds/scars . Would highly recommend Mr Spyrou for any procedure and would use him again if I have any more procedures.

I first met Mr Spyrou (back in November 2022) when I was diagnosed with Melanoma skin cancer.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Mr Spyrou. From my initial consultation visit through to the day of surgery and my ongoing follow-up appointments. He was always courteous, professional and made me feel comfortable/confident in his work. His friendly nature made me feel at ease as he listened to any questions that were concerning me. Mr Spyrou has always been great at clearly explaining what my biopsy results had shown, the procedures and what would happen which helped manage my expectations in terms of what to expect at a level that I could understand.

I can now report that the Melanoma and outer area around it have been removed and the scar is perfect.

In a nutshell, the experience i had in the care of Dr spyrou was fantastic and I would highly recommend Mr Spyrou and his team.

I came to see Mr Spyrou as I had a problem with my implants which had been done 11 years ago by a different surgeon. I found that Mr Spyrou listened to my concerns and the advice he gave me was honest. It was thoroughly explained to me what two options I had and what difference it would make to my physical appearance. The first consultation was not rushed and all my many questions were answered. I opted for replacement implants. I was well looked after on arrival at hospital and Mr Spyrou saw me before surgery and went through all details again to ensure I understood what result I would have. All the staff at the hospital were excellent and looked after me very well. The operation went well but I had a slight bleed after. Mr Spyrou monitored this very closely and dealt with it again explaining along the way. I cannot recommend Mr Spryou highly enough and I am very happy with the results. The team are also excellent too.

My first appointment with Mr Spyrou was 14 years ago. I was going through the menopause, which unfortunately, was causing changes to my breasts, they reduced in size. I explained to Mr Spyrou that I just wanted my shape back and he totally understood my reasons for doing so and we decided which implants would be beneficial. I chose relatively small implants which were perfect for my size. I was extremely happy with the results. Fast forward 14 years. I was to have the implants changed at 10 years but a family situation prevented this then Covid happened- hence the 14 years. I’ve now had the surgery for the replacement implants in February this year and everything went smoothly. I’m really happy with all the pre-care and after-care given. My stay in The Spire Methley Park Hospital in Leeds was very professional, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. If in the future I need to see Mr Spyrou again I would not hesitate at all, he was very understanding, helpful and explained everything I needed to know. If anyone I knew who was considering surgery I would recommend him.
